Since our items are homemade, small-batch, and perishable food products, we follow a strict but customer-friendly refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Refund/Replacement

Refunds or replacements are provided only if:

you received a damaged, spoiled, or wrong product,

the issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery,

unboxing video proof is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns for:

opened packages,

products damaged due to improper storage,

taste preference issues,

product appearance differences (as items are homemade),

items purchased on sale.

3. Refund Method

If approved:

refunds are issued to the original payment method,

or we may offer store credit/coupon.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them.

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
